The Gardens

We know that there has been a lot of dissatisfaction with the state of the gardens at various times. This has been the responsibility of Greenmantle, our contractor for the last few years. We are considering whether or not to replace Greenmantle. As a contingency we have issued a tender document to other gardening companies. This may result in a small increase to the budget as the original budget inherited from St James was too little for what was required to make the gardens an attractive feature of the estate.

As soon as we have settled on the route forward, we will update you with as much detail as we can on the changes we expect to see.
