Major Works

Update

We are working with Mainstay to identify which of the planned works are needed now and which may be commissioned at a later date with the objective of minimizing spend. This will feed into an updated invitation to tender for the works which will likely be issued in February.

Mainstay are in the process of tendering for external decoration and repair and internal decoration for the apartment blocks. We have received the specification for the works which we are currently reviewing prior to approval. As soon as this is done, Mainstay will issue the tender document to approved contractors who will then supply quotes.

We will update this post as soon as we have better visibility of the timing of the the works.
