I don’t know if this is the right place to enter this so if not I apologise in advance.
I live in one of the flats and recently required some electrical work to be done. Although I turned the electricity off at the fuse box the electrician still got a shock from the socket he was working on. On checking everything it appears that although the electricity was turned off EVERY socket in the flat still had a charge going through it. On further examination it appears that there is a feed back from the solar panels equivalent to 60DC. I am now going to contact the solar panel people to try and sort this out, but wanted to advise…
